We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our API-driven fin tech platform focused on merchant acquisition and embedded banking solutions.

You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, partnerships, compliance, and customer success to deliver innovative solutions that simplify onboarding, underwriting, payment enablement, and banking capabilities for merchants.

Key qualifications :

- 5-8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in fintech, banking-as-a-service, or payments

- Deep experience with API products, preferably in developer platforms or financial APIs.

- Strong understanding of merchant onboarding, underwriting, payment processing, and banking operations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to drive product vision, strategy, and execution in fast-paced environments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements :

- Define and own the product roadmap for API-first merchant acquisition and banking capabilities, including onboarding, KYB/KYC, payment setup, account provisioning, and compliance workflows.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable and developer-friendly APIs.

- Translate complex fin tech and regulatory requirements into simple, intuitive API products.

- Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure products meet regulatory standards.

- Drive third-party integrations (e.g., KYB/KYC providers, payment processors, core banking systems).

- Monitor and improve merchant activation funnels and banking feature adoption.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to launch new capabilities or optimize existing ones.

- Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to gather merchant feedback and refine the product roadmap.

- Own product documentation, API references, and release communication.
