Description :Job Title : Tech Lead - AMS (Application Managed Services).Experience Required : 4+ Years.Department : Salesforce Practice / AMS.Employment Type : Full-time.About the Role :We are looking for a Tech Lead - AMS with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud within the Salesforce ecosystem.The ideal candidate will lead AMS delivery, ensure high-quality technical solutions, and provide continuous improvements and support for existing Salesforce implementations.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage Salesforce AMS projects, ensuring smooth operations, incident resolution, and enhancements.- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze issues, and propose scalable technical solutions.- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce components across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.- Monitor system performance, handle integration support, and ensure platform optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and business analysts for successful project delivery.- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.- Participate in change management and release activities following best practices.- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Experience :- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and support.- Strong functional and technical understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, SOQL, and API Integrations.- Experience with AMS support models (incident, problem, and change management).- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD tools, and release management processes.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, or specific Cloud certifications) preferred.Good to Have :- Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds or third-party integrations.- Experience with ServiceNow or ticketing systems for AMS operations.- Knowledge of agile methodologies and ITIL processes.Education :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
