Company Description :Cubastion Consulting is a specialized and focused CRM consultancy headquartered in New Delhi, India.Serving clients across various sectors including Automotive, Consumer Durable, Financial Services, Communication, and Telematics, Cubastion operates in India, the US, the Middle East, and Japan.With a strong foundation in integrity, talent, and commitment, Cubastion offers Oracle Siebel CRM and its ancillaries' implementation, upgrades, managed services, and training.Our CRM consulting services assist customers in process definition and technology road mapping to align with evolving customer needs.Role Description :This is a full-time on-site role for a Dot Net Solution Architect located in Gurgaon.The Dot Net Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing solution architecture, consulting with clients, developing software solutions, integrating various systems, and optimizing business processes.Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating architectural designs, ensuring seamless integration of different technologies, and providing expert guidance on best practices and technologies.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :- Define and implement end-to-end architecture solutions aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and security.- Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding best practices for software design, integration, and delivery.- Drive digital transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy applications and aligning IT with strategic business goals.- Design cloud-native solutions, and lead cloud migration and optimization strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP.- Define and implement microservices architectures, distributed systems, and high-availability infrastructures.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications and architecture blueprints.- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, IoT, and Blockchain, into business solutions where applicable.- Drive the implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and seamless deployments in collaboration with SRE teams.- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards including GDPR, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.- Promote architectural governance by maintaining up-to-date documentation, architecture diagrams, and process flows.- Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, and implement mitigation strategies across technical projects.- Lead technology evaluations and vendor assessments to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.- Engage in large-scale government and public sector projects, ensuring delivery of secure, compliant, and citizen-centric solutions.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :- 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, enterprise application design, and digital transformation projects.- Proven track record of delivering at least two large-scale projects involving microservices, distributed systems, and high-availability architectures.- Strong development and architectural background in .NET and PHP, with experience in modernizing and scaling enterprise applications.- Expertise in cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).- Strong command over DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.- In-depth understanding of security protocols, compliance frameworks, and risk management.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.- Proficiency in preparing and presenting technical documentation and architectural artifacts.- Open to working on government and public sector projects, with focus on scalable and compliant digital solutions.
