About Us: NextPage IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading IT company specializing in mobile app projects and custom web development using React, Node.js, and .NET (MVC and Core). We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Bidder with 1-2 years of experience to join our team.


The ideal candidate must be able to meet targets from the very first month of joining and contribute to our growth by securing projects through Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, focusing on mobile app development, custom web development (React and Node.js), and .NET (MVC and Core) projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling proposals.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and projects.
  • Prepare regular reports on bidding activities and outcomes.
  • Work on USA hours (night shift)


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in bidding on IT projects on Upwork.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development, React, Node.js, and .NET (MVC and Core).
  • Ability to write compelling proposals that clearly articulate the client’s needs and our solutions.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes is a plus.
