Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display ads) to increase traffic, conversions, and bookings.
  2. Manage and grow TripFactory’s online presence across various digital platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  3. Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
  4. Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices to improve website rankings.
  5. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging and persuasive creatives and landing pages.
  6. Manage TripFactory's social media accounts, engage with the audience, and create content that drives brand awareness and engagement.
  7. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the travel industry to maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Support email marketing campaigns by creating targeted lists, writing compelling content, and analyzing results.


Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Experience: 1-3 years in digital marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  2. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms.
  3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
  4. Content Creation: Ability to create engaging and persuasive digital content tailored to the target audience.
  5. Analytical Skills: Experience in tracking and analyzing digital campaign performance, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  6. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.
