Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telemarketing Manager to oversee the nurturing and management of leads, ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis, lead management, and exceptional knowledge of both domestic and international holiday destinations. This role also requires a proven track record of managing large telemarketing teams, delivering training programs, and aligning team efforts with business objectives.
Lead Nurturing and Management:
- Monitor and ensure leads entering the system are nurtured effectively through personalized and consistent follow-ups.
- Analyze lead data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Establish and maintain a streamlined process for handing over qualified leads to the sales team.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Manage and lead a large team of telemarketing executives, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to align the team with business goals and equip them with knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Leverage data insights to improve lead conversion rates and telemarketing effectiveness.
- Create and present detailed reports on lead management metrics, team performance, and campaign outcomes to senior management.
- Utilize CRM and other tools to track lead progression and optimize the nurturing process.
Process Optimization:
- Develop and implement best practices for lead nurturing and telemarketing operations.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance workflows to maximize lead conversion and team output.
Knowledge of Travel Destinations:
- Stay updated on the latest domestic and international holiday destinations to effectively guide the team and improve customer interactions.
- Ensure the telemarketing team is well-trained and equipped with comprehensive knowledge of travel offerings to address customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in telemarketing, lead management, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of lead management and nurturing processes.
- Exceptional data analysis and reporting skills to monitor performance and identify trends.
- In-depth knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams effectively.
