Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator Trainee to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers eager to gain hands-on experience in various human resources functions, including recruitment coordination, employee support, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment databases.

Onboarding Support: Help prepare onboarding materials and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR systems, and ensure data accuracy.

Employee Assistance: Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support for HR programs.

Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and training events.

Compliance: Ensure all HR activities adhere to company policies and applicable regulations.

Data Management: Assist in preparing HR reports and analyzing data to support HR decision-making.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance skills and contribute effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
