Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Trainee to join our Hyderabad team. This role focuses on supporting the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, making it an ideal entry point for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for job roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement effective hiring strategies and improve workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with recruitment tools or ATS is an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability in a dynamic environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment domain.
