We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bench Sales Trainee Recruiter who is eager to start their career in US IT Staffing & Recruitment. The Trainee will work closely with the sales and recruitment team to market bench candidates, build strong relationships with vendors/clients, and gain hands-on experience in the US staffing industry.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals keen to build a career in US Recruitment and Bench Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in marketing bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to clients and vendors.
- Understand the process of vendor management and client relationships in US staffing.
- Work with senior recruiters to identify job requirements and submit suitable candidates.
- Update and maintain candidate records, job submissions, and communication details in the database.
- Shadow senior team members in rate negotiation, interview scheduling, and job submission processes.
- Learn and follow best practices in bench sales, recruitment, and compliance.
- Participate in daily/weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹14,909.55 per month
