Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Trainee to join our team. This role is exclusively for MBA and BBA graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.

Employee Relations: Support employee engagement initiatives and help address employee concerns.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and support documentation processes.

Training Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions and development programs.

Performance Management: Support performance review cycles and feedback processes.

HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Data Management: Prepare and analyze HR reports, including metrics on recruitment, retention, and performance.

Event Coordination: Help organize team-building activities and employee engagement events.

Qualifications:

MBA or BBA in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR domain.
