Product Marketing & Sales GrowthDevelop and implementend-to-end marketing strategiesto sell physical or digital products online. Create compelling product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies forD2C and marketplace platforms. Manage the full funnel—from awareness to purchase—optimizing for conversions and repeat sales. Coordinate with product, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.2. Performance MarketingPlan, execute, and scalepaid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other ad platforms. Optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and budgets to achievehigh ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). UtilizePixel, GA4, and UTM trackingto monitor and improve performance. Constantly test and refine messaging, creatives, and offers to maximize product sales.3. Conversion Optimization & AnalyticsManage and improve conversion rates acrosslanding pages, product pages, and checkout funnels. Analyze campaign metrics, web traffic, and user behavior to guide marketing strategy. ConductA/B testingfor creatives, CTAs, and sales pages. Usedata-driven insightsto make rapid growth decisions.4. SEO, Content & RetargetingOversee SEO strategy to enhanceorganic visibilityof products. Collaborate with the content team to producesales-driven content(product videos, ad creatives, blogs, etc.). Set upretargeting and remarketing campaignsto recover abandoned carts and increase repeat purchases.5. Influencer & Affiliate SalesIdentify and onboardinfluencers and affiliate marketersto boost product credibility and reach. Manage performance-based influencer programs and affiliate tracking systems.6. Marketplace Strategy (if applicable)Manage and optimize sales onAmazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or other e-commerce platforms. Enhance product listings, titles, keywords, and ad placements to increase visibility and conversions.Required skills and Expertise:Proven success indriving product salesthrough paid and organic digital channels. Strong command overMeta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Conversion Tracking tools. Hands-on experience withShopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce CMS. Expertise incopywriting for product ads, landing pages, and sales funnels. Understanding ofAOV, LTV, CPA, and CACmetrics for profitability analysis.Preferred Experience:3–6 years of experience ine-commerce performance marketingor D2C brand growth. Experience withB2C product brands, especially in fashion, lifestyle, tech gadgets, wellness, or consumer goods. Prior track record of scaling a brand from launch to consistent revenue growth. Familiarity withemail automation, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM integration.Soft Skills:Highly analytical with creative instincts. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
