About the Role: Global Websters is hiring an E-commerce Ads Specialist to support our client brands in scaling their performance across online marketplaces. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho, working closely with Key Account Managers to drive sales and maximize ROI. This role is ideal for performance-driven marketers who can turn ad data into growth stories and love working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. About the Role: - Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across marketplaces. - Collaborate with Key Account Managers to align ad strategies with sales targets. - Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI and efficiency. - Conduct keyword and competitor research to uncover new opportunities. - Partner with creative teams to develop ad copies, visuals, and A/B tests. - Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for clients. - Stay updated with marketplace trends, ad formats, and platform policies. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience managing ads on e-commerce platforms. - Strong understanding of ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and related metrics. - Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and analytics tools. - Ability to manage multiple brand campaigns simultaneously with precision. - Prior experience working with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
