**Role & Job Description (Ecom Specialist ADS)**
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Executive with expertise in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) to join our team. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence on various e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant marketplaces. Proficiency in handling Amazon Seller Central, running ads on e-commerce platforms, and driving sales growth is essential for this role.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Create, Manage, and optimize our FMCG product listings on various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
2. Highly proficient in Implementing and managing paid advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart and other self-serving ads platforms, to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
3. Utilize Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace tools to manage inventory, orders, and customer reviews, ensuring a seamless buying experience for customers.
4. Monitor and report daily campaign performance metrics, competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behavior on e-commerce platforms to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
5. Provide regular reports and insights on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ad campaign performance, to stakeholders and management.
6. Must have experience with the unicorn inventory system.
7. Must be proficient in Ms. Excel.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in e-commerce and digital marketing are a plus.
1. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other relevant marketplace tools. Experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms, with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving ROAS targets.
2. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising Console, or similar platforms.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with e-commerce platform representatives, negotiate deals, and resolve issues.
4. Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for e-commerce and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
