The Role: Strategy / New Initiatives

- This is not a plug-and-play role.

- You will be building a new initiative from scratch - whether that's a new vertical, new disease area, or new market. You will own it end to end - from market insight to brand building, clinical alignment, team formation, and growth.

-This is startup energy inside a high-growth engine.

What You'll Do

- Identify breakthrough opportunities aligned with our mission

- Drive research, market mapping, user insight, and pilot execution

- Collaborate with R&D, product, clinical, creative, and growth teams

- Build from 0 to 1 - and scale

- Solve problems no one has solved before
