Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to

help grow our staff augmentation business. This role involves identifying new business

opportunities, building client relationships, and working closely with internal recruitment and

delivery teams to fulfill client demands.

If you're someone who can hunt for new clients, pitch staffing solutions, and close deals in

domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for IT staffing services

Understand client staffing needs and propose tailored resource augmentation solutions

Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery

Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Prepare proposals, rate cards, and negotiate contracts

Required Skills & Experience:

2–3 years of experience in IT staffing / staff augmentation sales

Proven track record in generating leads and closing B2B deals

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience in selling to clients in India and/or international markets.
