Overview:

A leading media agency is looking for a driven Ad Sales Executive/Manager to join our team in Bangalore and Noida. This role is crucial in driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our client portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in various market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their marketing needs.
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to each client's requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Pitch media verticals (Radio, TV, Digital, OOH, etc.) based on the client’s requirements and budget.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience of 2-8 years in ad sales roles within the advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas.
