Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Business Acumen:
  • Identify and cultivate new client relationships and opportunities.
  • Leverage knowledge of industry trends and practices to position the organization as a trusted advisor and business partner.
  • Stay informed about competition to strategically position the organization.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to set and manage expectations effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach, even in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize conflicting tasks, and execute plans efficiently.
  • Inspirational leadership skills to energize teams and clients, fostering motivation and collaboration.
