We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven - Head of Sales- to lead our sales team across B2B and B2C verticals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and scaling sales strategies across our operational cities - Chennai and Bangalore.

The role demands strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of FMCG/Beverage/IOT-driven product distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in both the B2B and B2C segments. - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Set and monitor KPIs for Inside Sales, Field Sales, and CRM teams.

2. Team Leadership:

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives, territory managers, and CRM personnel across multiple locations. - Conduct performance reviews, regular training, and field coaching.

3. Client Management:

- Establish strong relationships with key B2B clients (corporate offices, retail outlets, restaurants, etc.). - Oversee customer retention and satisfaction initiatives in coordination with the CRM team.

4. Business Expansion:

- Identify new market opportunities and oversee onboarding of new clients. - Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.

5. Operational Coordination:

- Work closely with operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality. - Monitor demand planning and supply chain alignment for delivery efficiency.

6. Reporting & Forecasting:

- Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management. - Use CRM tools and sales analytics for forecasting and planning.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in FMCG, water/beverage, or IOT-based products.

- Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales strategies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Willingness to travel between Chennai and Bangalore locations.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with tech-enabled sales systems (CRM, ERP).

- Fluency in English. Knowledge of Tamil and/or Kannada is a plus.

- Understanding of environmentally sustainable practices is an added advantge
