Role Overview :As a Channel Lead, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales channels, ensuring strong distribution partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize retail, online, and offline channels, ensuring our products reach a wider audience effectively.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a robust channel strategy to drive sales and brand visibility.- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.- Optimize sales performance across multiple channels, ensuring effective inventory and pricing management.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.- Track key performance metrics and provide insights to enhance channel performance and maximize ROI.Qualifications & Skills- 6+ years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development, preferably in skincare, beauty, or FMCG sectors.- Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, and distribution models.- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage partnerships.- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (ref:iimjobs.com)
