Manager – B2B Sales

Job Description:Develop and execute B2B strategy for Kerala across institutions, corporates, retailers, government buyers, and gifting clients. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of TSMs across various districts. Drive sales of sports equipment and merchandise through institutional and retail channels. Handle government procurement, tenders, and order processing via theGEM Portal . Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, academies, corporates, government departments, and retail partners. Ensure end-to-end sales execution—from lead generation and proposal building to negotiation and order fulfilment. Track sales performance, forecasting, and reporting for management reviews.Requirements: 5–8 years of relevant experience in B2B sales (sports equipment, retail, institutional, or corporate gifting). Experience inselling to retailersand driving distribution-based sales is added advantage. Hands-on experience managingGEM Portalprocesses and government business. Strong leadership skills with experience managing regional/statewide sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Good understanding of Kerala market dynamics (preferred).
