Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients through targeted outreach and strategic business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise and industry knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Develop customized proposals, presentations, and pitches to effectively communicate our value proposition and win new business.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project onboarding and execution for new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform business development strategies and tactics.
- Continuously optimize and refine outreach strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and client acquisition metrics.
Requirements:
- 2- 3 years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, technologies, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
