Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Espangle. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The role will require frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions
- Knowledge of the restaurant and hospitality industry
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with restaurant operations or management is a plus
