Business Program & Engagement Manager
Mission - Leading & managing the day-to-day Business management activities in the MSC India PMO, demonstrate strong efficient project & program management to drive success & achieve MSC vision & strategic goals.
Responsibilities & Activities:
Management of MSC projects & Transformation Governance and management of common MSC transversal projects & programs Governance of communities like CSR, Innovation, Securities, Customer Experience, Employee experience, environmental, social & governance (ESG) and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), experts etc. Implementation & support for global programs & projects which need to be implemented in MSC India. Establish MSC PMO repository of all such MSC transversal projects & important actions. Closely manage, monitor, report and follow up actions and deliverables required from the various MSC functions & stakeholders, Coordinate various actions across functions in MSC to deliver MSC objectives and transversal initiatives SPOC for MSC initiatives & projects - to drive initiatives as instructed by stakeholders Coordinate various actions related to employee value proposition (employee engagement, YEB, Peakon surveys) Program & project management of multiple projects and complex situations Integrate & develop communications & presentations, coordinating input from multiple stakeholders, including Executive Summary of Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), business transformation initiatives, MSC value propositions, position papers, case studies, All Hands calls presentations, global presentations & briefings. MSC Governance & Stakeholder Management Coordinate & consolidate site management dashboard – resources, skills, competencies, learning & development, financials -cost - unit cost per function & per role, MSC success stories, etc. Tracking & maintaining compliance calendar - corporate governance - statutory, financial, commercial law matters (HR, Finance, etc) Coordination for MSC certifications & audits - financial, ISO, GEEIS, ISAE 3402/SOC2, H&S, customer audits, etc. Ensure consistent positive working relationships with key stakeholders like Function Leaders (Other MSC, Functions – GDO, IZ, CTIO, OINIS, Orange Innovation, Regions, etc), to achieve overall MSC vision, objectives & transversal initiatives. Work closely locally with MSC Functional heads & their teams to deliver on the MSC vision & objectives. Effective matrix management across the business, within MSC, whilst ensuring alignment with global stakeholders, to deliver on the role objectives and responsibilities. Communication support Communication, messaging & support of daily site management activities in India MSC Review, analyze & evaluate requests, and inputs to MSC Head to ensure consistency of communications, content, and messaging as per guidance. Manage & support MSC activities, including weekly management calls, internal & external meetings Liaise with different MSC internal & external stakeholders, management team, business partner to manage key business or financial review schedule/cycles and organize effective & timely reviews. Create, curate & manage customer & internal / external functional presentations. Liaise with stakeholders for consistency in content & also content creation and contribution to online and social media presence Customer Visit management Customer visit presentations Leading and managing visit - logistics Customer visit – management – make them feel special – new experience to customers.
