Key Responsibilities:

- P&L Management: Full responsibility for the B2C segment's profitability and overall financial performance, ensuring revenue growth and cost efficiency.

- Customer Journey Ownership: Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from digital sourcing to loan conversion, ensuring a seamless experience and meeting customer satisfaction metrics.

- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop strategies for generating high-quality digital leads through multiple online channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and strategic partnerships.

- Loan Conversion & Disbursement: Work closely with sales, operations, and fulfillment teams to optimize the conversion funnel, driving faster loan approvals and disbursements.

- Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics and insights to drive decision-making and continually improve customer acquisition, conversion rates, and operational processes.

- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of professionals, instilling a culture of innovation, efficiency, and customer focus.

- Customer Retention & Experience: Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and increase loan servicing efficiency, leveraging upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Tech-Driven Fulfillment: Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure the platform provides a seamless, automated loan process, from lead capture to loan disbursement.

- Market Analysis & Competitor Insights: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Demonstrated experience managing B2C operations, with strong P&L responsibility.

- Expertise in digital sourcing, customer acquisition, and conversion strategies within fintech, lending, or a similar sector.

- Strong understanding of the loan origination and disbursement processes, especially in home loans and LAP.

- Proven track record of scaling digital-first B2C businesses, driving customer growth, and operational efficiency.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

- Proficiency in leveraging data and technology to optimize processes and improve customer Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

- 5-10 years of experience in B2C leadership roles, preferably in fintech, lending, or home loan sectors.

- Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, internal sales and P&L management.

- Experience in the Indian home loan or LAP market is a strong advantage.
