Job Summary

Join SquareX, the hottest name in browser security, as a Business Development Representative (BDR). The browser is now the epicentre of all business transactions, yet it is most vulnerable as the current SWG and EDR solutions are not sitting in the browser thus exposing businesses to phishing, malicious sites including Gen AI extensions, compromised Office and Zip files, etc.


As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our innovative products, creating new business opportunities, and spreading the word about our groundbreaking technology.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients interested in state-of-the-art cybersecurity solutions, leveraging SquareX's cutting edge technologies.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to potential customers, qualify leads, and set up meetings or calls for the sales team, showcasing the unique benefits of SquareX's offerings.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities, emphasising SquareX's cutting-edge position in the cybersecurity landscape.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and communications in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Diligently follow up on outbound leads and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication. Adherence to a defined cadence is a must.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and key metrics to the Sales Manager.


Qualifications

Experience: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BDR sales in SaaS to the US. Experience in cybersecurity is a big plus.
  • Experience of working in a startup would be a big plus 

Skills:

  • Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Education:
