Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance & Risk Manager to oversee governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) functions within our technology landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring IT compliance frameworks, assessing risks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices. This role requires strong knowledge of IT security, regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and risk management practices.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance and risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.

- Conduct regular risk assessments, gap analysis, and compliance audits across IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.

- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws, standards, and guidelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Legal, Audit) to address compliance and risk-related requirements.

- Identify potential IT risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure risk treatment plans are executed effectively.

- Oversee third-party/vendor risk assessments and ensure compliance with security and contractual obligations.

- Manage internal and external IT audits, including preparation of evidence, documentation, and remediation tracking.

- Provide training and awareness programs for employees on IT security, risk, and compliance practices.

- Generate periodic compliance, audit, and risk reports for senior management and stakeholders.

- Support incident response and business continuity planning from a risk and compliance perspective.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in IT risk management, IT compliance, or IT audit roles.

- Strong knowledge of IT compliance frameworks and regulations : ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, etc.

- Experience with risk assessment methodologies, IT controls, and GRC tools.

- Familiarity with IT security best practices, cloud security, and data protection standards.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer are highly desirable.
