Job Title : Risk Manager SME( Subject Matter Expert). Job Summary : . The Risk Manager ensures effective communication of risk assessment outcomes to application teams, supports ideation activities, facilitates meetings, and gathers information from various teams.

They also perform Risk Reviewer duties, including ticket reviews, ERV call management, and defining ticket review approaches. Additionally, they maintain dashboards, track ticket progress, and escalate issues when necessary. Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Review tickets for inconsistencies and validate associated tasks.
  • Manage and run ERV calls, collaborating with Risk Reviewers.
  • Maintain ticket dashboards and report status/metrics.
  • Track ticket progress and manage interactions with NIS teams.
  • Assist in issue creation, mitigation planning, and compliance tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to Information Security policies and standards.
  • Document work in SNOW AR tickets and support customer interactions.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to assess control compliance and review documentation analytically.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
  • Familiarity with Information Security policies and Application Readiness processes.

Desired Certifications (Not mandatory) :

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSK, CCSP, CRISC.Experience : 10 years in a relevant role.
