Roles And Responsibilities:
- ShopSe has partnered with large insurance companies and across multiple channels.
- This role will be responsible for defining, directing and implementing strategies to build Insurance as a prime Category and amplify business growth.
- Will lead the function and drive business growth by fostering healthy relationship with partners across all channels.
- Create awareness among the sales team, motivate them and grow Insurance EMI volume.
- The role involves strategizing, developing, and executing plans to expand insurance offerings within the ShopSe platform.
- Responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing client / partner specific sales strategy achieve insurance polices sales target through ShopSe platform.
- Establish & strengthen relationship across all channels & at all levels to foster consistent target achievements.
- Must have built relationships and communication channels across multiple partners, staffs and across various insurance products.
- Responsible for shaping hunting and farming strategies and meeting the business targets.
- Provide leadership, direction and management of the respective market and category/channel acquisitions
