You Will:

- Be responsible to achieve ABP (Dispatch, retail and Market Share) through effective Lead management, leveraging sales enablers, proper implementation of the dealer sales process, timely funds review & collection, trained manpower availability at the Dealership along with Customer Experience & Accessories sales.

- To Be Successful, You Will Be Expected To - Passion: A deep and unwavering enthusiasm for one's job, driving a commitment to excellence and a desire to achieve both personal and organizational goals

- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with deep understanding of sales - principles and techniques.

- Customer Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

- Market Analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and identifying business opportunities.

- Leadership: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadline

- You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:

- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
