JD for Business Manager - Network Development

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and optimize the dealer network, including identifying new dealership opportunities, assessing market potential.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.

- Evaluate dealership performance metrics, such as sales targets, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and profitability, and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, OEM partners, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration, resolve issues, and drive mutual success.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with dealership agreements, standards, and brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity and customer experience consistency.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on dealer network performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations for senior management review.

Qualifications And Skills:

- Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in automotive sales, dealership management, or dealer network development.

- Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, dealer operations, sales processes, and customer relationship management.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
