The role focuses on configuring, managing, and optimizing marketing attribution, funnel metrics, and campaign performance tracking within the Salesforce ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:- Lead integration and configuration of Full Circle Insights with Salesforce. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather and implement business requirements. - Manage and maintain integration workflows using Salesforce APIs, Apex, and middleware tools. - Ensure data accuracy and synchronization across systems. - Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance. - Create documentation and provide training on Full Circle Insights. - Monitor funnel metrics and campaign attribution dashboards.Requirements:- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 4+ years Salesforce integration and administration experience. - 2+ years Full Circle Insights implementation experience. - Strong skills in Salesforce APIs, Apex, SOQL, MuleSoft, or Workato. - Understanding of marketing attribution models and analytics. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Preferred:- Salesforce Administrator/Developer certification. - Experience with Marketing Cloud, B2B marketing ops, or data visualization tools. - Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance.
