The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Cloud Administration & Implementation: - Manage, configure, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, etc.). - Develop and execute personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Create, test, and deploy customer journeys aligned with business objectives. - Salesforce CRM Management: - Manage and administer Salesforce CRM instance; perform setup, deployment, and maintenance. - Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM for seamless data flow and automation. - Maintain data integrity and quality within Salesforce. - Campaign Strategy & Execution: - Design and implement targeted marketing strategies using Marketing Cloud features. - Segment audiences and personalize communications based on customer data. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPI metrics, and optimize campaigns for better results. - Technical & Functional Expertise: - Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to monitor marketing and sales activities. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align strategies and ensure platform efficiency. - Stay updated with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends. - ** Troubleshooting & Support:** - Provide ongoing technical support for Marketing Cloud and Salesforce. - Troubleshoot issues related to campaigns, integrations, and platform configurations.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Proven experience (3+ years) working with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder). - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Administrator are preferred. - Knowledge of HTML, AMPscript, SQL, and scripting languages is a plus. - Experience with data integration tools and APIs. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
