RGP is looking for an experienced and talented quality assurance specialist to join our growing Enterprise Applications IT team. Working closely with RGP's Enterprise Applications team you will support the testing of our Salesforce applications as well as other supporting processes and systems. In this role, the Quality Assurance specialist will be fully responsible for the test planning and execution of the Salesforce system configurations and processes. This includes unit, functional, end to end, regression, and performance testing.We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on QA specialist who enjoys working with internal customers at all levels. Someone who is a talented communicator, detail oriented, and is quickly able to comprehend system requirements and design to translate that into comprehensive test plans and procedures. As an integral member of a global team, you will collaborate with, and at times lead and coordinate, other internal and external resources. You will be able to apply your talents to problems ranging from new solutions development to supporting our existing deployment and integrations, helping drive business success in the process.Primary Functions:- Creation and execution of QA test plans/scripts and review user interfaces for conformity and functionality - Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate Salesforce development, configurations, workflows and integrations. - Support agile scrum teams in the test script development and execution of system and end-to-end testing for Salesforce - Lightning Sales Cloud and CPAi applications. - Proficient testing API gateway integrations, and import / export to databases, report generation. - Experience in data validation across Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Execute test cases and document test results, including defects and their resolution. - Conduct regression testing to verify that changes to the Salesforce system do not introduce new defects. - Maintain regression test suites and update them as needed. - Created Test cases, Test Plan, Test cycles using appropriate tool. - Explore opportunities to automate test cases to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools. - Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and design test scenarios.Required Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent working experience. - 5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance roles - Highly proficient with either Salesforce Lightning Sales Cloud Unlimited - Experience with Contract Pod Ai or equivalent CLM - Capable of interpreting business requirements into technical applications. - Ability to create strong documentation and workflow diagrams. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Experience working in Agile Methodology. - Exposure / Experience with Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Katalon or other automated testing tool - Experience with API gateway integrations, and import / export to databases, report generation a plus. - APEX knowledge highly preferred. - Familiarity with analytics, database structures and technologies is a plus. - Experience in Jira or other Agile Project Management Tools. - Salesforce certification is a PLUS - Knowledge of SQL and experience with database testing.
