Program Manager - Supply Chain


Our growth plans:

We process close to 4% of the country's freight on our software platform. Our goal is to get to 20% of the country's freight by 2028. This gives us a bird's eye view of the market. We're already the largest road freight technology platform in the country and we plan to build on this base to drive growth in software, freight marketplace and supply chain financing to get to a 100M USD revenue by 2028.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within our organization, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Take the first handover from the sales team and plan internal kickoff of with sales and value discovery teams

- Set up client side kick off with relevant internal stakeholders

- Run workshop with customer to align priorities, draft scope of work, timelines, resource planning and budget

- Take sign off from client and internal stakeholders on above deliverables

- Work with launch managers on the onboarding, plan for UAT and prepare the document for client sign off

- Create and maintain project trackers for each pilot/launch and own the deliverables and all coordination

- Raise internal tickets for product requirements, bugs and tech ops requests

- Liaise with product and tech teams for prioritization

- Liaise with value discovery team for process mapping and setting value deliverables for each project

External:

- Manage the end-to-end implementation of FT solutions for new clients, ensuring a successful transition to FT solutions

- Document client requirements, statement-of-work and success KPIs in collaboration with Sales, pre-sales and customer success team

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

- Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure client needs are met

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise

- Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to review progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks

- Document UAT plan with client and lead UAT to success

- Collaborate with the product development team to identify and prioritize enhancements and new features based on client feedback

- Provide training and support to clients as needed to ensure they are able to effectively use our software solutions

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of client implementations and identify areas for improvement

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our software solutions continue to meet the needs of our clients.

Preferred qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field

- 3-5 years of experience in client facing project management, preferably in the enterprise software or technology industry

- Strong understanding of project management principles, including project planning, implementation, and risk management

- Prior experience implementing enterprise software solutions involving integrations with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle etc

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience working in the freight logistics or SaaS industry is a plus.
