Program Manager - Supply Chain

About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in supervising multiple projects within the organization, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and uphold the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid project management background, exceptional leadership qualities, and effective communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders at all levels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate the project handover process from the sales team and orchestrate internal kickoffs involving sales and value discovery teams
  • Organize client-side kickoffs with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Conduct workshops with customers to align priorities, define scope of work, set timelines, plan resources, and establish budgets
  • Obtain approval from clients and internal stakeholders on the aforementioned deliverables
  • Collaborate with launch managers for onboarding, UAT planning, and preparation of client sign-off documents
  • Develop and maintain project trackers for each pilot/launch, taking ownership of deliverables and managing all coordination tasks
  • Raise internal tickets for product requirements, bugs, and tech ops requests
  • Work closely with product and tech teams for task prioritization
  • Coordinate with the value discovery team for process mapping and defining value deliverables for each project

External Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of FT solutions for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our solutions
  • Document client requirements, statements of work, and success KPIs in collaboration with Sales, presales, and customer success teams
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and within-scope project delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, sales, and customer success to meet client needs
  • Act as the main client contact during the implementation phase, providing regular updates and addressing any issues
  • Facilitate UAT planning with clients and lead the UAT process to success
  • Partner with the product development team to prioritize enhancements and new features based on client feedback
  • Deliver training and support to clients as required to ensure proficient use of our software solutions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess client implementation success and identify areas for enhancement
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our software solutions remain aligned with client needs

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing project management, ideally within enterprise software or technology
  • Solid grasp of project management principles, encompassing planning, execution, and risk management
  • Prior involvement in implementing enterprise software solutions with ERPs like SAP, Oracle, etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Background in freight logistics or SaaS industry is advantageous
