About the Role:

Location : Mumbai

Our growth plans :

- We process close to 4% of the country's freight on our software platform.

- Our goal is to get to 20% of the country's freight by 2028.

- This gives us a bird's eye view of the market.

- We're already the largest road freight technology platform in the country and we plan to build on this base to drive growth in software, freight marketplace and supply chain financing to get to a 100M USD revenue by 2028.

About the Role:

- Freight Tiger is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Launch to join our dynamic team.

- This leadership role involves spearheading launch initiatives across operations, product, and sales, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

- As the Head of Launch, you will be responsible for overseeing the initial operations in each new market we enter and also build the existing customer.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive launch strategies, incorporating in-depth research and data analysis, tailored for each module and industry.

- Monitor key performance metrics and generate actionable insights to enhance the efficiency and success of market launches.

- Collaborate with clients on various products and modules, providing expert advice and best practices.

- Provides technical leadership in directing the efforts of cross-functional project teams in the development and production release of all relevant project deliverables in compliance with the product development process and customer expectations.

- Ensure that programme management strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market

- Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities.

- Contribute to overall business strategy.

- Take ownership of the programme, guidelines and any associated documents Initiate and develop creative and innovative programme management processes.

- Determine, set and deliver goals and objectives for the department within the Business Planning Process in line with the company's strategic aims and objectives.

Preferred qualifications:

- 12-14 years of relevant experience, with significant exposure to working with Indian clients.

- MBA degree with extensive experience in client implementation of CRM systems.

- Proven track record of successful project execution and leadership.

- Consulting background, particularly with large companies, managing complex projects.

- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems for business teams.

- Proficiency in advanced Excel and presentation tools.

- Ability to take initiative and adapt in a constantly changing work environm
