This role is suited for a dynamic leader who understands brand, category, operations, and P&L - and can drive both growth and efficiency in a fast-paced startup.Key Responsibilities:- Own P&L for the beauty category (revenue, margins, retention, NPS).- Build and execute a complete category growth strategy across services, pricing, and product mix.- Lead beauty professional acquisition, training, and productivity improvement.- Drive customer experience, repeat usage, and lifetime value through innovation.- Partner closely with marketing, supply, product, and operations to scale the category.- Launch new beauty services, SKUs, and bundled offerings based on customer insights.- Strengthen partnerships with beauty academies, institutes, government skilling bodies, and agencies.- Build a strong team and leadership pipeline.- Track market trends, competition, and new opportunities in the beauty ecosystem.Ideal Candidate:- IIM/Premier B-school alumni preferred.- 6-12 years of experience in Beauty, Wellness, FMCG, Salon Chains, D2C Personal Care, or related categories.- Strong analytical skills + ability to lead large on-ground teams.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
