You must be analytically strong, insight-driven, and capable of blending brand thinking with measurable business outcomes.What Youll Own- Architect and scale high-impact brand campaigns across TV, digital, outdoor, influencers & content.- Build the brand narrative, positioning, and communication pillars that the country will remember.- Take charge of brand KPIs - awareness, consideration, trust, WOM, and brand lift.- Work hand-in-hand with performance to ensure brand drives measurable growth.- Deep-dive into data, consumer research, MMM, and creative analytics to optimize every rupee.- Spot cultural moments, category gaps, and insight-led opportunities before the market does.Were Looking For?- 5-7 years in brand marketing/brand strategy with proven experience scaling brand campaigns.- Someone who is equally creative and analytical.- Comfortable owning big budgets, big campaigns, and big outcomes.- A doer with high ownership, speed, and obsession for quality.- Background from FMS Delhi, IIM A/B/C, IITs, MDI, or experience at top consulting firms.- Experience in high-growth Internet, consumer services, or D2C brands.
