About the Role:

We're looking for a Creative YouTube Manager to lead and grow our YouTube presence from concept to execution.

This person will own the creative direction of the channel — planning, scripting, and producing content that informs, entertains, and strengthens the Yes Madam brand.

You'll work closely with our editing and production teams while taking full ownership of what goes live.


Key Responsibilities:

→ Develop a content strategy and creative roadmap for the YouTube channel

→ Ideate, plan, and execute video concepts — from tutorials and campaigns to founder-led stories

→ Write or oversee scripts, storyboards, and shoot plans

→ Collaborate with video editors, designers, and the marketing team to ensure high-quality output

→ Maintain consistency in storytelling, tone, and brand identity across all content

→ Stay ahead of YouTube trends, formats, and algorithm shifts

→ Review analytics to identify what works and optimize upcoming videos

→ Lead brainstorming sessions and ensure all content aligns with brand goals


Requirements:

→ 3–5 years of experience in creative direction, video content creation, or digital storytelling

→ Proven record of managing or scaling YouTube channels or video-led brands

→ Strong understanding of content planning, visual aesthetics, and audience psychology

→ Ability to manage end-to-end production — from idea to publishing

→ Excellent leadership, communication, and creative decision-making skills

→ Bonus: Experience in beauty, wellness, or D2C brands

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹120,000.00 per month
