Job Description: YouTube Specialist

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of YouTube ad formats: skippable, non-skippable, in-feed, bumper, etc.
  • Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram marketing is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Educational background: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize YouTube channels for clients.
  • Develop growth strategies and implement YouTube best practices.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports.
  • Optimize videos (titles, thumbnails, descriptions) for SEO.
  • Engage with subscribers and manage comments.
  • Collaborate with video creation teams to boost engagement.
  • Set up and manage ad campaigns across all YouTube ad formats.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track trends and optimize performance.
  • Drive subscriber growth and revenue.
  • Provide regular updates and documentation to partners.

Skills:

  • Expertise in YouTube channel growth, SEO, and analytics.
  • Ability to create and manage ad campaigns.
  • Knowledge of tagging tools (UTM, GTM) for tracking user behavior.
  • Industry awareness and ability to adapt to trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
