Day-to-day tasks include delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, managing online support channels, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also support clients with technical issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience. Qualifications Profound skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer SatisfactionAbility to provide Online Support and Technical Support with efficiency and clarityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolutionProficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and communication toolsAbility to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skillsPrevious experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the legal sector, is a plus
