Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Cloud Outreach Specialist to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients using a provided database, qualifying leads, and gathering essential information for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of cloud platforms, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage clients professionally over calls.


Key Responsibilities

1.Lead Qualification:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects from a predefined database to identify and qualify leads.
  • Understand client needs and assess their suitability for cloud solutions.
  • Capture key details such as client pain points, current infrastructure, and cloud readiness.


2. Communication & Engagement:

  • Deliver compelling and concise explanations about cloud platforms and services.
  • Answer basic questions regarding cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
  • Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospects.


3. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Provide feedback to improve the quality of the database and refine qualification criteria.


4. Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM software.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on qualified leads and call performance.


Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred in IT, Business, or Marketing).
  • Minimum 1 years of experience and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and basic technical terminology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
