Key Responsibilities:.
Strategic Partnership Development:.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that align with NPST's business objectives and growth strategy.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance market presence, and expand NPST's ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual value and long-term collaboration.
Leadership and Team Management:.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing partnerships team.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and manage performance to ensure the team's success.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the partnerships team.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners and emerging trends in the fintech industry.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and industry dynamics to inform partnership strategies.
- Leverage market insights to identify and capitalize on new partnership opportunities.
Negotiation and Contract Management:.
- Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Oversee the drafting, review, and execution of partnership contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all partnership agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product, and legal teams, to align partnership efforts with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to address any issues and optimize collaboration.

Qualifications:.

Experience:. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles, preferably in the fintech industry.
