Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at NETWORK PEOPLE SERVICES TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for a wide range of projects, including presentations, brochures, events, outdoor advertisements, marketing materials, web graphics, social media assets, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, inspire, and elevate designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously from initial ideation to final execution.
  • Provide art direction, creative guidance, and feedback to junior designers, ensuring design excellence and adherence to brand standards.
  • Set the artistic direction for projects, including visual style, imagery, and overall aesthetics.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Review and refine designs, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and alignment with project goals before final delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies, integrating innovative ideas into design concepts to keep our visual communication fresh and impactful.
  • Work closely with marketing managers, and other team members to integrate design with content, messaging, and marketing strategies.
  • Present design concepts and ideas effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Continuously improve your design skills and industry knowledge, sharing insights with the team and contributing to a culture of learning and growth.
  • Maintain high design standards and review design work to ensure it meets these standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure that all creative output is consistent with the brand's identity and messaging.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to incorporate innovative design solutions.
  • Create visually compelling designs for a variety of materials, such as marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, packaging, and website elements.
  • Utilize industry-standard software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, to produce high-quality designs.
  • Create short, animated product videos Video/motion graphics experience is valuable (After Effects, Premiere).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Proficient in After Effects, Premiere.
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior designers.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying updated with design trends.
  • Previous experience of working in a Fintech or B2B software products company.
  • Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
  • Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal.
