Work Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic, articulate, and driven individuals looking to pivot into client-facing functional roles. This opportunity is ideal for professionals come from a background in web development, UI, or business analysis, and are eager to build a career in consulting or client engagement.

We are looking for individuals with a foundational understanding of HTML/CSS who are ready to transition into more strategic and consultative positions, focusing on understanding client needs and delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, communicate solutions, and ensure successful delivery of services.

· Translate business needs into functional outcomes through effective communication and problem-solving.

· Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.

· Participate in stakeholder meetings, product walkthroughs, and feedback sessions.

· Maintain documentation and track project progress using standard tools and practices.

Who Should Apply:

· Individuals with 3+ years of professional experience in roles such as:

o Business Analyst

o UI

o Web Developer

o Junior Consultant

· Professionals from product-based companies will be preferred.

· Candidates looking to shift from hands-on technical coding to client-facing or consulting roles.

· Must possess excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

· Energetic professionals who are confident, curious, and ready to grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

· Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving business requirements

· Exposure to Agile methodologies or project collaboration tools is a plus
