We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager who is excited to contribute to our AI-led transformation and translate strategy into scalable execution.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in digital marketing or MarTech environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects involving campaign operations, automation tools, CRM/CDPs, and performance reporting.

The successful candidate will be familiar with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or equivalent. PMP or Agile certifications are preferred, but practical knowledge of sprint planning and cross-functional delivery is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of omnichannel projects (email, web, paid media, analytics, automation).
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans, sprint schedules, and operating workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, development, creative, MarTech/platforms) to deliver outcomes.
  • Serve as the central project manager across marketing automation, CRM/CDP, and analytics workstreams.
  • Track KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Enhance process maturity by implementing governance standards, QA practices, and reusable delivery templates.
  • Mentor project specialists and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in digital marketing or MarTech environments.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects involving campaign operations, automation tools, CRM/CDPs, and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • PMP or Agile certifications preferred; practical knowledge of sprint planning and cross-functional delivery required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills across distributed/global teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
