This position demands strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive efficiency improvements across all operational areas.Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: - Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient and effective operations. - Monitor and improve performance metrics such as cost control, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery. - Identify operational issues and proactively implement solutions. - Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business goals. - Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operational staff to achieve goals and objectives. - Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training programs. - Foster a positive work environment and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. - Process Optimization: - Analyze workflows and operational processes, identifying areas for improvement. - Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. - Utilize technology and systems to automate and streamline operations. - Quality Assurance: - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality and operational standards. - Ensure adherence to company quality policies and regulatory requirements. - Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Cross-Department Collaboration: - Work closely with other departments (Sales, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment of business objectives. - Assist in forecasting and planning to meet operational demands and business needs. - Reporting & Analysis: - Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including productivity, costs, and quality. - Present analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.Qualifications & Skills:- Education: - Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus. - Experience: - 10-15 years of experience in operations management in US healthcare (Coding). - Proven track record of managing teams, driving process improvements, and achieving operational goals. - Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in using operational management tools and software. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Knowledge of budgeting and financial management. - Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. - Personal Attributes: - Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and quality. - Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
