Job Title: Salesforce Presales SolutionsExperience: 12+ yearsLocation: Greater NoidaJob Summary:As a Salesforce Presales Solutions , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering winning Salesforce solutions for clients across North America, Europe, and APAC. You will be a trusted advisor to customers, translating complex business requirements into scalable, innovative Salesforce solutions. This role blends strategic thinking, technical expertise, and client engagement to drive business growth.Solution Design & Architecture- Lead the definition and design of Salesforce solutions aligned with customer business goals and enterprise IT strategy. - Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.). - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and leverage platform innovations.Presales Engagement- Collaborate with Sales teams to understand client needs and craft compelling solution narratives. - Respond to RFPs/RFIs with tailored proposals, estimations (Fixed Price, T&M, Fixed Capacity), and solution blueprints. - Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, and technical presentations.Customer Advisory- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders including C-level executives, architects, and business leaders. - Evangelize the Salesforce platform’s capabilities and cross-cloud synergies. - Demonstrate thought leadership in solving complex business challenges using Salesforce.COE Collaboration- Partner with the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) to build reusable assets, demos, and accelerators. - Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, innovation initiatives, and capability development.Skills Required:- 12+ years of experience in IT with at least 6+ years in Salesforce solutioning and presales. - Proven track record of architecting and presenting Salesforce solutions to enterprise clients. - Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data architecture, and integration patterns. - Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds and industry domains (Healthcare, Insurance, BFSI, Travel). - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. - Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred).
