About the Role:-
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving presales activities, crafting tailored Salesforce solutions, and working closely with clients to understand their requirements. You will support the sales cycle through solution presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and RFP/RFI responses
Key Responsibilities:-
Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and provide tailored Salesforce solutions. Lead presales activities including requirement gathering, solution design, and business case preparation. Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Salesforce capabilities. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to project execution. Stay updated with Salesforce product roadmap, new releases, and industry best practices. Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical, Delivery) to drive successful outcomes
Requirements:-
5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce CRM with at least 3 years in a presales/solution consulting role. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Experience Cloud preferred). Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, workflows, dashboards, reports, and customization. Proven experience in conducting client demos, POCs, and solution workshops. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders. Strong understanding of RFP/RFI processes, solution proposals, and pre-sales documentation. Salesforce certification(s) such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Administrator preferred. Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, or third-party applications is a plus.
