Summary


Hiring for the role of Senior Manager Quality Engineering who will play a critical role and advisory in Quality with our Healthcare Clients. The role will lead, guide and partner with Client leadership in developing Test Strategy, work with Product Owners, streamline the Quality process, build comprehensive Functional, Automation Test plans and yet have strong communication skills up to the Executive leadership in taking quality centric decisions., Have strong interpersonal skills, willing to collaborate with Product Owners and Product Engineering/Build teams and Developers to influence and implement Quality first mindset. The role will expect the Sr Manager to have strong background in construing Quality metrics, forecast risks and collaborate close with Program stakeholders in Release process. Have exposure to matrix based organization and working with Product Engineering and Release management teams.


Responsibilities

Develop Strong QA Process at Enterprise level

Should have handled multiple Testing projects

Strong Leadership skills and client engagement

Ability to estimate, provide accurate timelines and develop Program plans for testing

Knowledge of QA Process, Test Automation, DevOps process (non-mandatory)

Able to generate Test metrics and identify Risks and mitigations

Co-ordinate and resolve Defects

Handle multiple queries and coordinate with Dev, Scrum and BA


Requirements:

Experience: 9-12 yrs

Location: Pune

Hands on knowledge in JIRA/Rally/Azure ADO/ in raising Defects, Tasks etc

Strong knowledge of Test Metrics

Defect Management

Root Cause Analysis

Produce CA/PA plans

Strong QA metrics knowledge with Agile process/scrum DOD/DOR

Well versed in deriving Test stories, estimates,

Risk based Testing

Advocate of Test Environment readiness and validation for UAT

Knowledge of Life Sciences/Pharma domain

Clinical Trials, Clinical Studies, Clinical Data Setup

Clinical Validation process, CA/PA, Reports

ISTQB

Scrum, Agile, Estimations using JIRA, Rally, Tasks, Tickets CSM, SAFE
